About Anna

Anna is an experienced corporate lawyer advising small and emerging business, entrepreneurs and investors in the Hudson Valley and the New York City area across a variety of industries.

Anna previously worked for a top New York City law firm focusing on mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, debt and equity financings, venture capital and general corporate governance and compliance matters for a wide variety of businesses.

Anna graduated with high honors from Columbia Law School, earning her the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Prize for outstanding academic achievement, and was a member of the Columbia Law Review.

Anna lives in Red Hook with her husband, two children and dog.
